Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect but you will love what we have for you!

We only ship domestically in the US. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us in Utah you’ll get it faster than if you live in New York. We quote 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. Personalized or custom orders take 3-4 weeks for domestic delivery.

Return Policy

Aim High Co gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit within 14 days from the date your order shipped. You can start your return by emailing us at orders@shopaimhighco.com. Aim High offers exchanges for the same item in a different size when we are notified of the request within 14 days from the date your order shipped. You can start your exchange by emailing orders@shopaimhighco.com. Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care here within 3 DAYS of delivery. You are responsible for the return label cost for the product you are exchanging or returning. Thank you for your business we appreciate you supporting small businesses!
